MSRP on new MS brand 360 controllers is what it is. Gamestop, Target, Best Buy, and the vast majority of other major retailers sell them for $49.99.
Cost of a 360 controller from the distributor is more than $35. Wal mart may blow them out at $35 but thats not the MSRP and Wal Mart can afford to do that. How do I know? I own and operate a video game store. I like to stay current with pricing.

Just my opinion, but I think this is just a horrible list.
By today's standards some of the older titles may pale. But each was significant and stunning for it's time. Hell in some cases, I'd say those games are a lot better than some of today's titles in that the developers then didn't feel the need to hold the casual gamers hand throughout. I don't remember a golden trail or hub pointing the way for me in goldeneye,LOZ, or Mario 64.

no one has the "right" to play illegal copies of the game. Nor do they have the "Right" to steal them. Also, it doesn't really matter if they own a legal backup because Modding the 360 itself is illegal anyway.
MS owns the rights to all of the software and firmware that makes the console operate. Altering it to decrease security and play pirated copies is a violation of the law.
